4-Week Elimination Plan

The only way for you to discover the miracle of wheat and sugar elimination is to try it for yourself. It is one thing reading about the amazing results those, who are Sensitive, have felt following its removal, but it is not until you too experience it that you get to understand what all the fuss is about.

Seeing is believing!

If in doubt whether you can give wheat and sugar up for life, try going without it for 4 weeks. Tell yourself, if after four weeks you feel and look no different, your addictions have not gone or if you are still desperately craving bread, pizza and pasta, you can always go back to eating it again. I too didn’t believe I could give them up. I expected I would go back to eating wheat once my allotted four weeks were up. But once out of my system, I saw exactly what Dr William Davies was talking about with his claims of wheat’s addictive properties! And seeing the incredible change in myself was all it took to keep me off the evil grain! I believe so much in the power of diet changes that I make reference to it in every self-help book I write.
